If you have a Paid User Account
and wish to cancel with LoanSystems.com, or if you are
using a Free 30-Day Trial Account and do not wish to become a Paid User,
please complete this form. Free 30-Day Trial Accounts will be
cancelled. Paid Users will be sent an e-mail to confirm their cancellation. For your
protection, you will need to reply to this e-mail before your
cancellation will become effective. You may also be
contacted by telephone for security reasons.
If you are not a paying user (i.e. Appraiser, Title Agent,
Borrower, etc.), there is no need to complete this form
if you wish to discontinue using LoanSystems.com.
Important: If you cancel your User Account, all loans
that have been imported into LoanSystems.com will
still be accessible until they close. Cancelling your User
Account will immediately halt your ability to receive or
create new 1003's, Quick Apps, and Pre-qual Requests, to
create New Users, and to access Management Tools
(Contact Manager, Calendar, To Do List). If you have a web site,
it will not be accessible if your account is closed.
If at any point you wish to reactivate your User Account,
please go to Reactivate.
